RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

30 DAY GUARANTEE

 At With Love, K|L returns are simple, we strive to provide amazing product and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. With Love, K|L adheres to a strict quality control on all products. Our QC team will carefully inspect your items one by one before we ship them to you. With Love, K|L offers a 30-day warranty for all products. Please contact Customer Service to process your return should anything go wrong with your purchase within 30 days. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

Note: From the day you receive the item you have 30 days to contact us to return your faulty item. We authorise return for the following types of defects: poor quality materials, zipper defects, ripped or torn, obvious colour difference, major difference between the product’s picture on the website and the product received. 

 

Please note we do not offer refunds however you can either exchange or get the item altered. Exchanges are applicable within 7 days given the item in resalable.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY IN 2 EASY STEPS:

  1. Explain to us the problem with a clear picture taken in good lighting or record a short video. Send these details to info@kleigh.co.za along with your order number and product description.
  2. We investigate and resolve the matter raised. 

 

THE SIZE I RECEIVED IS WRONG

 In the textile industry, we may observe minor size differences between different brands and manufacturers. Therefore it is important at With Love, K|L that we have set some standards to prevent such issues with the size chart provided. Please be sure to check it carefully before ordering. We will consider if an item's size is incorrect when there is 3cm (1.18 inch) difference or more between the item's actual size and the size indicated in the size chart.

  

Resolutions:

If we made a mistake by sending you the wrong size: We will send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable) given we receive the garment back.  

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/PACKAGE

 Please follow the 2 step return process to contact us as described above

Resolutions: 
If we shipped the wrong item: We will pay for the shipping of the garment you originally purchased provided you resend us the wrong one. 
If you purchased the wrong item: We ask you to return the product back to us for an exchange within 7 days. Shipping fees will be covered by you for shipping both ways. We will offer compensation in the case where it was our fault if we receive the product(s), please kindly provide us all tracking information.

 

SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING

 Please be sure to open the and check the contents carefully before signing for the package. 

If we made a mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

 

I DON"T LIKE THE ITEM I RECEIVED BUT IT IS NOT FAULTY OR I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE 

You have 5 days from receiving the goods to contact us. If you return the item for an exchange you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways. We will do our best to help you if the returned items are unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Any product that has been used or misused cannot be returned.

 

IMPORTANT WARRANTY NOTES

  • All returns must be reviewed and authorised by our customer service team. Once we approve the return, you will be provided with a return form. Returned items without return form will not be accepted. 
  • All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. 
  • We do not accept product return and exchange for the following items: clearance items, discounted items, intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, and all items listed under the, swimwear, hair accessories and beauty categories.
